I saved this only for the show of stockings on my little legs. When I was old enough to go to school I'd take the stockings off after I left the house.

I did a closeup of this old snapshot as it was so badly decomposed but it is ed when he was in his early teens.
I imagine this was taken up around Ashville N.Y. as that is were the Loomis's had Lakeside property. Elwin doesn't remember being in the water with his Grandmother.
